Add the selected products with the quantity wanted to your shopping cart and continue shopping. Once you have all the products you wish to purchase, select the shopping cart icon in the top right hand corner of the page to open your shopping cart and review the product list and quantity. From there you can proceed to checkout and enter your shipping and payment information. If you are a registered member of Estival Life, you can also add items into your Wish List for future purchase.
• We accept FPS, PayMe, O! ePay, PayPal, VISA, MASTERCARD, Google Pay, Apple Pay and Bank-in (local bank transfer). If you choose to pay by bank-in (local bank transfer) , please settle the payment within 48 hours after receiving our email order confirmation. And please email us the copy of the official bank receipt for our record once you complete the payment. We shall arrange product delivery within 5 working days afterwards.
If you have a promotion code, please enter it into the Promotion Code box to enjoy the promotion upon Check-out.
• If the promotion code is valid, the respective promotional offer will be displayed.

Availability of Products
Thank you for shopping with Estival Life! While we keep monitoring the stock level and restock frequently, there may be situation that certain products are temporarily out of stock. Please accept our apology if there’s any inconvenience caused to you. Meanwhile please note “Coming Soon” are products under preview which will be available for purchase soon. “Out of Stock” are products temporarily not available for purchase, but will be restocked shortly.
Add it into your “Wish List” and we will send you email update when it is available again. In rare occasions, a product will be sold out after you place the order. In such cases, we will send you an email / WhatsApp to notify you. You may choose to get a refund for the product not available or get it delivered after arriving later on. Other products in your purchase order will be delivered as ordered.
Other Terms and Conditions
• Every single order can only range between HK$100 and HK$5,000.
• Every customer can only purchase up to 3 pieces of every kind of product (excepted selected products).
• After the payment is settled, the order CANNOT be changed or cancelled.
• Shipment and delivery will be handled independently for every single order and CANNOT be combined with any previous or future order(s).
• It’s customer’s full responsibility to provide accurate personal information and contact information. Estival Life shall not be liable for any loss due to customer’s provision of inaccurate information.
• If customer does not settle the full payment within 48 hours after completion of online order, Estival Life reserves the right to cancel the order without informing the customers and without any liability.
• The product shots shown on our website were taken with the real products. There may be minor discrepancy due to the difference in computer / device monitor, lighting, environment, resolution and the like. Estival Life is not liable for such difference(s).
• For faulty products, please email us within 7 days upon receipt of the products according to the Return & Exchange Policy.
• For overseas purchase, the tax(es) and liability of import and customs clearance and the like will be borne and taken care by customers.
• Products sold by Estival Life are only for personal consumption and NOT for any commercial objectives. Estival Life reserves the full and final discretion to refuse any order / purchase if it is suspected carrying commercial objectives.
• Estival Life uses freight forwarder / courier service providers for delivery of products. The completion of order / purchase will mean that customer agrees to accept the terms and conditions of these third-party service providers. For the detailed terms and conditions, please refer to the respective service providers’ websites. Estival Life shall NOT be liable for the performance and service deterioration.
• Estival Life will in general process product delivery within 5 working days upon receipt of full payment of the order (except the case with prior notice due to product unavailability). Delivery Note will be emailed to customers about the time of delivery and the tracking number of courier.
