Estival Life is dedicated to providing the high quality products and after sales service and support to our customers. We always inspect our products to make sure they are in good conditions before they are delivered to our customers. As a quality assurance measure, we provide 7-Day Return and Exchange Service upon fulfillment of the following Conditions:
- Request for Return and Exchanged is emailed to Estival Life within 7 days upon customer’s receipt of product(s).
- Product’s security label(s) is/are not removed/damaged.
- Product(s) is/are unused, in original condition, NOT damaged / fragmented and remain(s) in intact packaging.
- Presentation of Original Invoice
- For every single Order (Invoice), customer can only request for return / exchange for ONE time.
- If the product exchange is due to our fault, we shall bear the shipping cost for the return and exchange.
- If customer requests to exchange for product of higher value than that of the returned product, customer will have to pay for the price difference.
- If customer requests to exchange for product of lower value than that of the returned product, Estival Life will NOT refund the price difference.
- If customer requests for product replacement due to suspicion of product quality issue, it must be emailed to Estival Life (email@example.com) or WhatsApp 55438384 within 7 days upon customer’s receipt of product and the product must NOT have been used for more than 50%. Note:
*If the product is proven to be in good condition, customer will have to bear the shipping / courier cost for sending the product to and from the manufacturer.
For request of return and exchange, please email to firstname.lastname@example.org or WhatsApp 55438384 your Invoice No., product(s) to be returned & exchanged, reason(s) for return and exchange, your full name and contact no. within 7 days upon your receipt of the product(s). We shall reply you within 3 working days with a Return Code. Please indicate the code on the parcel when you send back the product(s).
Please pack and seal your return parcel securely in an undamaged bag together with the shipping slip and Original Invoice. Affix the Return Code on the shipping slip, and ship the parcel to us within 3 working days upon receipt of the Return Code. Once we receive and examine the returned products and determine that they satisfy the above-mentioned Conditions, we will send an email confirmation to you within 3 working days regarding the delivery of product(s) exchanged.
Please note all shipping / courier costs for return & exchange of products will be borne by customer.
