Upon completion of online order, Estival Life will email you an Order Confirmation listing the full details of your order, including the product(s) purchased, your personal information and delivery information.
If you choose to pay by bank-in/bank transfer, please settle the full payment within 48 hours upon receipt of the Order Confirmation and email us the bank receipt right afterwards. Upon completion of payment, we will process product delivery within 5 working days.
• "Awaiting Payment" : your order is pending for payment. Please settle within 48 hours upon receipt of the Order Confirmation.
• "Order Confirmed" : the system has processed your order and you cannot make any changes thereafter.
• "Preparing to Ship" : our warehouse is preparing to ship your order.
• "In Transit" : the product(s) you ordered is/are on the way to you.
• "Order Completed' : the order is delivered and hence completed. System will update this status within 5 days after you receive the products.
Order Tracking
• If you place an order as a guest, please click "Order Status" and enter the Order No. and email address used in the order placement.
• If you log in as an Estival Life member, you can navigate to the "My Order" page under “My Account” to review your current and previous orders.
Modifying Orders
• Modification of order can only be made if payment has NOT be settled. If you want to modify your order, please cancel the order and place a new order with the updated information.
• If an order has already been paid, sorry, request for order modification and/or cancellation will NOT be accepted.
• If you want to change the delivery information, e.g. name and address of recipient, please email to info@estival.life with your Order No. and the full details. Please note if the products are in “Preparing to Ship”, “In Transit”, or “Order Completed” status, this request will NOT be
accommodated.
Cancelling Orders
• Customer may cancel the order if the payment is NOT settled.
• If payment is settled already, order CANNOT be cancelled.
