Terms & Conditions

  1. To enjoy the offer, customer must have signed up as Estival Life’s member and signed in before checking out.
  2. Rewards for the First Purchase of New Member (Referred by Existing Member or Self-enrolment) :
  • Purchase reached $600, to receive reward of 6% of net purchase value in the form of Store Credit (60-day validity)

  • For the net purchase value of the New Member’s first purchase reached $600, to receive 6% of net purchase value in the form of Store Credit (60-day validity)
  1. To enjoy the reward, the Existing Member’s information, including Name, Email Address & Mobile No., must be filled out in the “Remarks for Shop” column by the New Member.  And the payment has to be settled within 48 hours.  Every New Member can only list One Existing Member’s information.
  2. The Store Credits rewarded will be credited into both Existing and New Members’ membership account within 5 working days after payment is settled.T Store Credits will have 60-day validity from the day of credit and cannot be exchanged into cash, nor transferred to another person; and is subject to respective Terms & Conditions.

  8. Hong Kong Free Delivery Service is only for Hong Kong and service covered by S.F. Express service points, namely S.F. Stores, EF Locker, commercial and residential addresses.
  9. Macao Free Delivery Service is only for Macao and service points and commercial addresses in Macao with service covered by S.F. Express.
