Bathing is actually an ancient therapeutic practice called balneotherapy. A natural herbal bath is a great way to relax and relieve tension, soothe aching muscles and joints, stimulate circulation, promote supple skin or help chase away a cold. Each unique blend of organic botanicals enhances the natural healing and soothing effects of a warm bath. So enjoy a moment of calm while pampering your skin!

Bathing in water infused with the goodness of herbs is a calming, healing way to care for your body. Choose a blend to match your mood, create an atmosphere, or for your therapeutic needs. Some blends have healing salts.

No time for a bath or No bathtub? Our bathing herbs are very versatile!

Use the herbal bag as a warm or cool compress on your temples, neck or other pulse points.
Use a small amount to make a soothing foot bath!
Use the herbal bag in the shower as an "herbal washcloth", with or without soap.

After using in your tub place the whole bag in the dryer to add a fresh scent (works great with towels and linens).

The bath herbs are packaged in a resealable pouch to preserve freshness. The lightweight packaging is made from recycled kraft paper lined with a food-grade polypropylene laminate which preserves the freshness of the botanicals. Although these bags are not recyclable, Chagrin Valley does not heat seal the tops so they can be refilled, reused, and resealed.
