Platinum Member:

  • Criteria: Purchase over HK$5,000 in 12 consecutive months

【Membership System】 Terms & Conditions

  1. Customer has to register for a basic membership account in order to level up to different Membership Tiers.  MEMBERSHIP ENROLMENT >>
  2. To sign up as a member, customer has to provide information of Full Name, Email Address, Mobile Number, Gender and Date of Birth (if to enjoy birthday offer).  All information provided will be bound by our <Digital Privacy Policy>.
  3. Membership system will be updated regularly (online purchase and transaction in Kwun Tong store will be recorded immediately while that in pop-up stores will be recorded within one week).  When meeting the criteria for certain membership tier, system will automatically upgrade the membership tier in the next morning.
  4. After membership upgrade, the accumulated purchase value will be offset.  In other words, the total purchase value for membership renewal will be counted from scratch.
  5. After membership upgrade, if sales transaction is canceled or refunded that the criteria for upgrading to the next tier no longer meets, system will automatically resume the membership to the previous tier.
  6. Members may choose to settle part of the transaction with Store Credit with maximum 40% of transaction value. (NOTE: Products not applicable to order-level discount are excluded.)
  7. Estival Life reserves the right to amend or terminate <Membership Tiering System> without prior notice.
  8. In case of dispute, Estival Life’s decision shall be final.
